We do everything that we can to ensure that our customers understand how we operate, what our obligations are to our customers and what the customers’ obligations are as they do business with us. To this end, we have a number of policies on our site that explain everyone’s responsibilities and obligations. We urge our customers to review our policies because, once they place their first order, they are automatically bound by all of them. If customers do not review these policies, along with our Terms and Conditions, they are not absolved from their obligations under them.
Use of Products Purchased from PapersBoard.com: Customers who purchase products from our company agree that they will only use these products for personal purposes. They agree that they will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute products to anyone else. Further, they agree that they will use products for study and for reference. Should a customer use products for any other purposes and thus incur consequences, the company is not responsible for those consequences.
Submission of Customer Information: It is the customer’s responsibility to supply the company with accurate and current contact information, including email address and phone numbers. The company only uses such information to contact the customer when the need arises. It is the company’s responsibility to protect the personal information of its customers. If a customer does not provide accurate contact information, the company is not responsible for potential delays that may result.
Cancelling an Order: When a customer must cancel an order, it is company policy to provide a refund. Full refunds occur if a writer has not yet been assigned. Partial refunds occur based upon how much work an assigned writer has completed at the time of cancellation. Refunds may be applied to future orders.
Research Resource Materials: In all cases, writers will select and use resources that they deem to be most appropriate for the details of the order and the customer’s academic level. Customers may request the use of specific resources. If available, the writer will use them. If not readily available online, the customer has the responsibility to supply those resources and may upload them directly to his/her writer. If the company must purchase the required resources, that fee will be added to the customer’s order and must be paid prior to product delivery.
There are timeframes in our policies regarding the uploading of resources, and these are dependent upon the deadlines provided from the customer. If resources are not uploaded within the time frames required, the company is not responsible for delays in production and delivery. Please see the details of the time frames below.
Customer Instructions: When completing the order form, customers are responsible for filling in all fields and to supply as much detail as possible. Should there be instructions that go beyond the order form fields, the customer must contact the company customer support department to provide those instructions. If a writer need clarification of any instructions, that writer will contact the customer via the customer account page. It is the customer’s responsibility to check his/her account page often, in case there are communications from his/her writer. Failure to do so may result in delays, and the company is not responsible for those delays. It is the company’s responsibility to conform to all customer instructions.
Requests for Revisions: Customers may request revisions to a final draft of an ordered product. They may do so through their account pages or they may contact customer support in order to request these revisions. If the revisions do not constitute changes in the original order, they will be completed with no additional charge. If the requests contradict the original order specifications, there will be an additional charge. Customers are urged to review the Revision Policy on the company site for all details.
Plagiarism: All product created by writers of our company is scanned for plagiarism before it is approved for delivery to a customer. The company has not received complaints of plagiarism to date; however, should a customer ever believe that plagiarism exists within a product s/he receives, we will investigate thoroughly and take appropriate measures, including a refund if plagiarism is found.
Technical Issues: If power failures, browser issues, or communication problems occur that are beyond the company’s control, the company shall not be responsible for delays of production or delivery.
Making Payment: Customers may pay for their products using all of the means they use for any online retailer. Work shall not begin on any order until payment has been made. Customers may use credit/debit cards, PayPal, e-checks or wire transfers. Should any financial institution require verification of identity, and if this verification process delays production, the company shall not be responsible.
Deadlines: The Company is committed to meeting customer deadlines and has almost a 100% success rate, provided customers respond to all questions, and upload any necessary resource materials as required. If a deadline should ever occur because of company error, the customer shall receive a pro-rated refund.
Customer Instructions/Requests: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all of the correct information and specific requirements regarding his/her order. It is also the customer’s responsibility to respond to any inquiries from his/her writer in a timely manner. The company is not responsible for any delays as a result of customer failure to company or writer requests. If a customer must upload resources for a writer to use, the following time frames must be met, in order to avoid delays:
- for orders due within 12-24 hours, resources must be supplied within 30 minutes of the order placement,
- for orders due within 24-72 hours, there is a 1 hour deadline;
- for orders with a 72 hour+ deadline, resources must be received within 1 day.
In case Customer did not provide materials within the deadline for resource provision, extra payment or extra time for order completion would be required.
Correct Academic Level: the company urges customers to review their orders carefully before submitting them and then again when they receive confirmation of their orders. If a customer should make a mistake in the designation of academic level (high school, undergraduate, graduate school), the order may well be assigned to the incorrect writer. If that happens, the final product may include a style and resource materials which are not appropriate. If a customer should list his/her academic level inappropriately and then need to change that, and if a writer has already begun on the product, there will be additional charges.
Use of Customer Support Department: The customer support department is open to customers around the clock, 365 days a year. Customers may contact the department through live chat on the site, through email, via theirs personal accounts, and by telephone.
Local Legal Laws/Regulations: The Company is not aware of all of the local state, regional, or national laws regarding the use of the internet for shopping or for the use of writing services. It is the customer’s responsibility to make him/herself aware of any laws that relate to Internet sales. The customer should also be aware that, if fraud is suspected, the company will cooperate with any law enforcement officials in investigation and prosecution.
Cookies: We do use cookies, and you do have the right to block them. However, please be aware that blocking cookies may result in technical issues and may also affect your experience on the company site.
Discounts/Special Offers: The customer will find special discounts and offers on the company website, and customers are notified via personal email when those offers are put in place. The customer may unsubscribe from company emails, and the instructions for doing so are contained with the emails.
