Request for carrying out my project proposal in your organization
Following an advertisement on the online job posting, I would like to submit my request for carrying out the project proposal in your organization. I have chosen this organization because of the friendly environment and conducive atmosphere for learning. I am a final year student and am in my last semester at Texas A&M-Kingsville.
Carrying out a project proposal in a world class hostel is one of the requirements for completing my degree course. There are many resources that will be helpful for me as I will be doing the implementation of my project. The members of staff are very friendly and willing to go out of their way to offer a helping hand. It’s an advantage to me because most of them are in the same field that am training in and am intending to maximize on them while being careful not to interfere with their duties and responsibilities. I will also make use of the library that is well equipped and has relevant materials that I need for my project
This project will require little of my time every day and therefore I will be doing some voluntary services in any department that the organization will fit me to work in. Based on my experience I believe I have what it takes to add a value to your organization that will take it to the next level. I have done volunteer hours at Jenny Craig (80 hours) with several dietitians, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), boys and girls club. I have also been teaching kids about the health lifestyle and attending to the FANCE several times. Still I have experience in secretarial services having worked as a secretary for five years in Dufromex where I also learned Spanish, which I speak perfectly. I was awarded server certificates. I have worked with people from all walks of life, I know how to deal with people of different character and nature, which I believe it’s an important skill for anyone working in your organization.
Am diligent, committed and can work with a minimum supervision. The nature of my degree course has fully prepared me to be a resourceful and competent person who will benefit your organization toward achieving the set goals and realizing your vision. My course entails a great deal of comprehensive research that requires personal initiative, a wide range of skills and self-motivation. I am very conscientious and hard working while paying close attention even to the finer details that can contribute to the success of your organization. Besides I am a good team player, very flexible to accommodate the views and opinions of others and learn from them while being keen to air my ideas and enthusiasm for such a company with a great reputation and a high profile.
